I Cooked Again – Garlic Bruschetta Bread
Written by Erica on January 14, 2012 – 9:27 pm -A few days ago my mom was cleaning out the fridge and we came across some bruschetta topping that needed to be used up. She has just purchased some bread so I decided to whip something easy up.
I present to you Garlic Bruschetta Bread.

Basically all I did was lightly butter the bread, sprinkle some garlic powder on the bread, then broil the bread in the over until it turned light brown.
Then I added the bruschetta topping with some grated cheese and popped them back into the oven to broil till the cheese melted.
