So I Am Busy It Seems

So I guess I lied about my life being boring. The last few days have been pretty busy with year end work (4 weeks left till summer vacation!!!!), babysitting, attending theatre shows, dealing with more house appointments, updating coupons for the lovely mrsjanuary.com and trying not to melt away in this heat. Thankfully today it’s cooled off A LOT so I won’t be all sticky and uncomfortable during sleep this evening.

As for this weekend, I have a bunch of stuff to look forward to. I will be babysitting again on Saturday and then watching a family friends band rock out at a local bar. Sunday I don’t really have any plans. Maybe clean my house? My internal doors are looking pretty dirty. They are white so I should probably give them a decent scrubbing, right? Maybe clean my mothers showers. I’m sure she would love that since she’s unable to do so and I honestly can’t remember the last time I gave them a good scrubbing.

Yesterday evening after babysitting I had plans to clean my house but my dad made me an appointment with some AC company, so while I waited for them to arrive (They never did – more on this later) I decide to paint my nails. I used a tutorial I found online, and for the life of me I can’t remember where I found it. Anyways here’s a really crappy webcam photos of my nails.

All I did was paint my nails with 2 base coats of white polish, then I painted polish onto a sponge and then sponged it onto my nails. I think I used quick drying nail polish because I had to do each nail with 2 coats of polish. They turned out okay I think anyways. Maybe next time I won’t use colours that are so close to each other.

It’s getting late and I still need to clean up my dishes and make a lunch for tomorrow.
