Work Rambles And Other Stuff

Well this week has just floated quickly by and I can’t believe it’s Thursday evening. I’m pretty happy that the weekend is almost here. Not that I have anything interesting planned, other then hitting the gym, cleaning my parents house (way late mothers day present) and sleeping in.

I’ve been so busy this week hanse a lack of posts, when compared to how well I did last week. I’ve pretty much been babysitting, grocery shopping, painting my nails or reading.

If anyone is wondering what I’ve been reading; it’s the Fifty Shades of Gray Series. I’m on book 2 and seriously, it’s interesting. I spend like 2 hrs before bed reading and I hate that I have to stop to sleep. I just want to know how it’s going to end.

So speaking of babysitting..I’ve picked up yet another babysitting gig. I guess if I ever had to deal with an unfair dismissal at my main job I won’t have to worry too much about money.

This new job is with the day care associated with the school. I’m their go to supply girl and I worked a shift this evening. I’m pretty happy about it because now I can let Dairy Queen know that I won’t be going back. That was my back up plan but it would mean I would have to work weekends and I enjoy having those days off. Especially since I have all these jobs now. I’m averaging an extra 15 hrs a week so far which is nice. Especially since I still don’t have TV at home.

To recount, I have 3 legit paying jobs (Early Childhood Educator, Supply Staff and Coupon Database/Forum Manager) plus I babysit for 2 families. It’s nice to be so busy. I just hope during the summer that the babysitting will be consistent since I’ll be living off that income and whatever I get from Employment Insurance.
