1. The most I’ve spent this last week was on: Gas = $31.40.

2. Today I feel positive towards money. I get paid tomorrow and I’ve already put more then I planned to onto my OSAP and into my TFSA, so I’m happy.

3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free/inexpensive thing I did last week that made me happy was spend time with Cassie

4. I will consider this week a success if I get all the questions about the new job answered.

5. My favorite room in a house is my bedroom. It’s the place where I can just chill and if the door is closed people know not to bug me.

How does your Monday Money Check Up?

I met with my the teacher this afternoon. It was very enjoyable. We met at the school so I was able to see the classroom (in utter disarray), and then we went to lunch and talked. She as well as I are both clueless as to how the whole Program is going to run. I’m hoping that my orientation will answer a lot of questions, if not she said I’m more then welcome to just sit back and watch for a few days till I get the hang of things, and not to come into the job with expectations.

Hopefully I get the answers to all the questions I have on Sept 1st.

I’m so thankful this week for very simple things.

Tomorrow being my last day at my current job
I wont get into why I am so excited about this, all I will say is that the drama that has been going on is over the top.

Seeing Cassie tomorrow
I honest to god miss this girl and her family and cant wait to see her and her little man tomorrow evening for a BBQ.

In regards to the job:
Things are becoming more real about the new job that starts in September.
The teacher just called me, and we spoke about the orientation session that is coming up. She informed me that she will not be able to make it and that she’s as clueless as I am in regards to how the whole schedule will come together.
She did let me know that she is open to all my ideas and invited me to meet with her on Monday.

I’m super excited.

Have a great weekend everyone. Like I mentioned earlier I will be at Cassie’s till some time on Saturday.

Today really pissed me off. Here’s why.
- Staff gossip and nothing being said directly to my face in regards to something that happened days ago.
- Hour and a half drive home; should of taken 45 mins
- Finding a skirt I own; that I have not worn recently in the laundry.
- Spending 3 hrs and only getting 2 loads of laundry done.
- Sort of talking to David about nothing. He thinks it’s too soon for us to sit down and talk about what happened, so we made small talk about nothing.

Tomorrow is Thankfully Thursday.. I promise I will be happy tomorrow, no matter what.
